The University of North Georgia Department of Athletics marketing strategy is designed to align Nighthawk Athletics with reputable businesses and organizations committed to the mission and core values of both UNG and the NCAA Division II student-athlete experience.? Resources and funds generated annually through sponsor partnerships go directly to enhance and support the school’s 13 NCAA athletic programs and over 225 student-athletes. ?North Georgia Athletics encourages our student-athletes to pursue excellence in academics, athletics and community involvement.?

Beginning in the fall of 2014, the University of North Georgia Athletic Department began honoring one student-athlete each Monday morning as the Nighthawk of the Week. The award is chosen each Sunday evening by an award selection committee made up of members of the UNG athletics administrative staff.

By sponsoring a segment for a Nighthawk Athletics event, your company will be featured in-venue with a public address read while displaying your logo on our video boards. You will also be featured on our social media channels and on our Nighthawk Sports Network broadcasts during that particular segment of the game.

As a tournament sponsor, throughout the tournament you will receive in-venue public address reads, your company will be featured on the venue video boards and your logo will appear on social media graphics. If the tournament games are scheduled to be broadcast on the Nighthawk Sports Network, you will also receive presented by reads on the Nighthawk Sports Network broadcasts, and have a :15 or :30 second commercial spot.

Event title sponsorships are promoted as the title sponsors of some of North Georgia Athletics marquee events. Your company will be recognized on all media pieces relating to the event; marketing materials, UNGAthletics.com and North Georgia Athletics social media accounts. You will also receive a complimentary table to the event.

At UNG, digital signage is available at the UNG Soccer Complex, Convocation Center, Bob Stein Stadium, and Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium. Your company logo will be featured on the video board at various points during the game and will be paired with a public address read. Additional digital signage opportunities include presenting a fan engagement segment featured on the video board, and appearing on the rolling LED scorer’s table and center court of the UNG Convocation Center.

Static advertising is available in the form of 3x5' poly metal outfield signs at both Bob Stein Stadium (baseball) and Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium (softball). The signs are mounted just outside the outfield wall and are on display year round.?

The Nighthawk Sports Network is a commercially-driven network and provides streaming video of North Georgia events.
